Supercharger structure: turbocharger is mainly composed of two parts: compressor and turbine.

Compressor part: mainly including single stage centrifugal compressor impeller, diffuser and compressor housing.

Turbine part: mainly including turbine shell, single-stage runoff turbine impeller, etc.

The turbine shaft and turbine are welded together by friction welding. The compressor impeller is mounted on the turbine shaft with clearance fit and fastened with nuts. The turbine and turboshaft assembly combined with the compressor impeller must undergo an accurate dynamic balance test to ensure normal operation under high speed rotation.

The rotor support of the supercharger adopts the form of internal support, and the fully floating floating bearing is located in the middle body between the two impellers. The axial thrust of the rotor is borne by the end face of the direct push ring.

Turbine end and compressor end are provided with sealing ring device, compressor end and oil retaining ring, to prevent oil leakage.

Compressor housing, turbine housing, intermediate is the main fixator, turbine housing and intermediate, compressor housing and intermediate are connected by bolts, platens; Compressor housing can be installed at any Angle around the axis.

Supercharger lubrication: the use of pressure lubrication, lubricating oil from the main oil channel of the diesel engine, and then through the return pipe reflux diesel engine oil sump.
