Stainless Steel 304 or 316. Rotor/Lobe/Rotary Pump, Food Grade Pump with Gear Box to Reduce The Motor Speed (LQ3A) can be also called colloidal pump. All liquid flowing parts are made of stainless steel. It can be transmit high viscosity, thickness and with particle medium. The temperature can be -30 to 200 degree. There is no touch between the two rotors. No abrasion ever after long time operation.


Usage:
1. Dairy product: Sour and fresh milk, ice cream, cream slices and whey
Beverage: Beer, mash, yeast, aerated water, concentrated fruit solution and fruit juice drinks
2. Food: Ketchup, fruit paste, vegetable pulp, pudding, jam, jelly, seasonings, fruit filling, sweetener, yeast paste, salad seasonings, cakes, meat pulp, minced meat, veil fat and edible oil
3. Candy: Syrup, thin cream filling and chocolate
4. Cosmetic: Face cream, lotion, hair dye and essential oil
5. Medicine: Pill paste, extract, emulsifying agent and ointment
6. Chemical: Fat, solvent, resin, polymer and dyestuff
