Summarize
Single screw pumps are developed from positive displacement pumps.
Because of special geometry lengthy of the rotary and stator, there are two independent sealing space. When fluid flows axially and evenly, the speed is low inside and the sealing space remains same and the pressure more stable.

Characteristic
(1) It can transmit liquid with 80% viscosity, and medium with solid suspension partical, etc .    
(2) It can transport contains particles with high concentration and viscosity < 10000 PaS and  
     suspended slurry.
(3) Its transmission fluid flow is stable, no over flow, pulse and stirring shear grout phenomenon.
(4) Discharge pressure no connection with speed, low flow can also keep the high excretion pressure.
(5) Flow speed is direct proportion with variable speed. Through speed exchanger institutions or high-speed motor can realize flow adjusting.
(6) Self-priming ability (more than 6m): the liquid flow direction is changed by the pump rotation, applicable for occasion of positive flush.
