NL Pump:

Slurry single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, fluid flow along the line of shaft axis at direction of 70 degrees, the main components are volute, impeller, pump base, support tube, casing, motor base, motors and so on. Volute, pump base, motor base, impeller nut is cast iron, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, easy processing.
Impeller is three single-string bending sheet, semi-enclosed impeller, and malleable iron, so it is with the advantage of high strength, corrosion resistance, easy to process, good throughout and efficient.
In order to reduce weight and turning capacity, shaft is made from high-quality carbon steel with cold-drawn steel.
The pump base is equipped with four oil seal and sleeve, to prevent shaft wear and prolong the service life of shaft.
The pump can be worked vertical or inclined, small volume, volute need to be buried in the medium, easy start, no need diversion, the motor rotation direction shall clockwise check from the tail of motor.
Operator length with a variety of specifications for the use of units selected according to local condition.

Performance

Mainly used for inhaling, delivery and pouring river mud, faces, river water, slurry feed. Instead of manual operation as like drainage and drought, delivery river mud, etc. It also can be easy to use as movable fire pump. Available for municipal, chemical, printing and dyeing, medicine, shipbuilding, foundry, food and other industries pumping thick liquid, foul liquid, paste, flow river sand and mud of city river, can also be used in coal mines with small gravel fluid.
If match with high-pressure pumps, water gun, build up hydraulic mechanized earthwork unit, It can be used for land leveling, dredging rivers and ponds, digging, digging small water conservancy and transportation, as well as the city's air defense and underground works.
